NC Gov Bev Perdue visits Charlotte to announce location of GMAC Finanical Services here. The incentives will be provided over nine years if the company meets criteria that include $16.4 million in capital investments, including lease payments. The 200 jobs will have a minimum average wage of $96,124, the Department of Commerce says
