The Cotton Factory near downtown Rock Hill. Former Ostrow Textile Mill (1881), first steam-driven mill in SC, first mill in Rock Hill. Closed in 1980s. Listed on National Historic Register. Now part of Rock Hill's Textile Corridor Master Plan, it was bought in 2001 by Rock Hill Economic Development Corp then by an investor group and now contains several businesses including Springs Creative Group and New South Interiors, shown here
